Office Administrator

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £17,510 – £19,708 per annum

Contract: 1 year with possible extension

Sleep Scotland are looking for an Office Administrator to deal with telephone and email enquiries to Sleep Scotland, create content for social media, provide administrative support to the training and fundraising teams, and carry out other general office duties as required. 

You will have excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively.  You will use your initiative to manage your own workload as well as be able to work effectively as part of a team.  You will have experience of using IT in an administrative and supportive context, in particular Microsoft Access, Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.  Interest in the voluntary sector and in Sleep Related Information would be an advantage.

This position will be based at the Sleep Scotland offices in Liberton. Occasional travel and overnight stays elsewhere in the UK will be required but planned in advance.
