The Sleep Scotland team are working remotely until further notice, in line with current Government guidelines. This includes our Sleep Support Line.

We are still contactable via email and will respond as soon as we can.

For support with your child’s sleep, please email us with your contact details – sleepsupport@sleepscotland.org – and one of our sleep advisors will call you back. For all other enquiries, please email us at enquiries@sleepscotland.org

We are regularly updating our social media accounts with information and links to sources of support on Facebook and Twitter.

For example, see below for some strategies for taking care of yourself and your sleep during lockdown and some ideas for activities to try while we are not able to go out as much. Click on the image for a larger version.
